🌿 My Story🌿

I began my career in one of the most traditional places imaginable: IBM.
It was there I learned how to listen - truly listen - to people.
How to spot patterns others missed.
How to think systemically, see interconnections, and understand the invisible forces shaping behaviour, culture, and change.
​
With a degree in Systems Engineering, I’m one of the rare people trained to see the whole system - the human, the organisational, the cultural, the structural - and understand how each influences the other.
​
During my early years in tech, I worked in a cutting-edge innovation unit at IBM alongside one of the leading voices in complexity theory. Together, we pioneered new ways of using stories to share knowledge, make sense of complexity, and shift organisational culture from the inside out.
​
For over 25 years, I’ve been working with story as a tool for human transformation - long before it became a leadership buzzword.
​
I’ve consulted globally across every sector - from banks and regulators to creative industries, pharmaceuticals, and mission-driven organisations.
I’ve designed transformative learning experiences for teams and leaders around the world.
I’ve worked internationally in leadership and public sector reform, including at the Harvard Kennedy School and in President Obama’s Administration, redesigning senior executive hiring for the U.S. federal government.

Alongside the organisational work, I’ve walked a long and deep path of personal healing.

I’ve been through profound trauma and two midlife storms that pried everything open and set me on a profound quest to reclaim my identity, authenticity and return to wholeness.
